The staff here is awful. They'll watch you stand at the counter for at least 5 minutes before acknowledging you, then have the most pathetic disposition while waiting on you.
2025: This location is convenient when visiting extended family in Crowley, LA. We prefer CVS over Walgreens. Needed some cash and the Allpoint ATM never charges fees or surcharges for my debit card.
It’s amazing to me how a business focused on one thing could be so bad at it. Prescriptions aren’t ready on time, the staff is poorly trained and apathetic, and they route all phone calls to an awful AI agent. Walmart and Costco pharmacies are much better.
This pharmacy is the absolute worst! How do they even stay in business. The pharmacy staff has zero consideration for customers. They stand around talking and gossiping while customers wait. Them after 5-7 minutes acknowledge you and say I’ll be with you in a minute. Then you want t another 7-10 minute for them to actually do their job. I’m done! Local pharmacies for the win. Screw this place.
