The pharmacy at this location is literally the worst. Go through drive thru? Have fun waiting about 10 mins before they even come to the window. Then another 10 to even get your prescription. Go inside? They put up machines for you to “check in” with because they don’t wanna deal with people but only one person can check in on the computer at a time until they fill your prescription so guess what? More waiting. It shouldn’t take longer than 5 mins to pick up a prescription.
Go to another pharmacy. Long lines and unfriendly staff .
I keep wanting to find good here. The culture here is just not one of customer service. They are always out of medicine, they are so slow to help customers, sometimes taking 8-10 min per customer, and today literally closed the window in my face 3 min before lunch and played the “we are closed for lunch message). 3 mins could be plenty of time to pick up a prescription. GREAT PHARMACISTS doing their best work at a CVS location (2586 Lawrenceville Hwy, Decatur GA) that CVS refuses to maintain or stock properly. The store was robbed in the summer of 2024 and the entrance remains covered in plywood.
