I had an excellent experience getting my flu shot at CVS on 9/26 in the afternoon. The nurse was super efficient, warm, and genuinely funny, which immediately made the whole experience more pleasant. Best of all, the shot was completely painless — I barely felt it. She was professional, reassuring, and clearly very skilled at what she does. I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service experience my family and I have received at the Newtown, PA location. Rude employees who act like we are bothering them for regular, typical transactions. Completely unprofessional. We will be switching pharmacies.
