I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service experience my family and I have received at the Newtown, PA location. Rude employees who act like we are bothering them for regular, typical transactions. Completely unprofessional. We will be switching pharmacies.
The AI hung up multiple times. I then went to talk to a pharmacist in person and he told me my medication was out of production and I had to switch. Caused me a huge panic - turns out he was lying, and it could be filled. Switched to ACME the next day and now my medicine is being filled no problem. A pharmacist who lies to their customers is the scariest thing. I can’t trust this place anymore :( I miss Rite Aid
