They say their system is down and my daughters medicine that she needs and it is ready and there system isn’t working. So they can’t give it to us, they can’t transfer it. They are just holding it hostage because their system is down?!?! This isn’t right.
As noted, this place is not accessible to the public. It is behind a gated senior community. CVS needs to remove this from Google or put a very conspicuous warning on the listing. EDIT: CVS actually mailed me and then phoned me to get more info on this point to follow-up. The person sounded sincerely concerned and said they would inform the district manager or some such know. Credit to them.
This location is not open to the public, but it still shows up in the CVS website and will allow you to schedule an appointment. Then, you get turned away at the gate when you try to go there, because it's for residents only. This location seriously needs to be removed from Goog
