I’ve had multiple negative experiences at this CVS location, largely due to interactions with the manager, Ms. Sybil Smith. During several visits, I observed her speaking to customers and staff in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. On my most recent visit, her tone and attitude were particularly discourteous, which made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I'm torn on whether to give 2 or 3 stars. Either way, its not a glowing review. Our family gets our medicine, yes, but never without some form of hiccup. At the very least, it'd be nice to be able to transfer certain meds to other CVS's when out of stock like other pharmacies do with their other stores, but no. We can't. And when the Dr sends the script in a day too early, they make me call them twice. First to tell me its a day too early. Then they make me call the next day to say "Fill it." This particular CVS has always been our favorite place to shop. The staff are always friendly. I always find what I need. It is a very pleasant surprise from the pharmacies in that area.
