The pharmacy line is over 20-25 customers long. There is one person working two registers. Hire another person. Have some care for your customers. The only reason why I use you is that I have CVS Caremark and I have to use you to get 3 months supply. It is extremely frustrating to shop at CVS.
What's the point of an appointment if you have to wait an hour for the understaffed pharmacy? Why even offer a bookable appointment?
I've used this CVS for more than 15 years. The staff are always helpful and professional. The pharmacist answers my questions and patiently explains the medications, so I understand what to expect and any possible side effects.
Very professional services. Good pharmacists and techs makes a visit pleasant. Some tech will go an extra mile to get the job done. I recommend this CVS pharmacy to my relatives and friends.
