the prescriptions were in the hard to open bottles-totally not acceptable. this was in addition to the problem of not using our health insurance to pay for these items causing delays in pu.
The pharmacy line is over 20-25 customers long. There is one person working two registers. Hire another person. Have some care for your customers. The only reason why I use you is that I have CVS Caremark and I have to use you to get 3 months supply. It is extremely frustrating to shop at CVS.
What's the point of an appointment if you have to wait an hour for the understaffed pharmacy? Why even offer a bookable appointment?
I've used this CVS for more than 15 years. The staff are always helpful and professional. The pharmacist answers my questions and patiently explains the medications, so I understand what to expect and any possible side effects.
