This was the worst pharmacy encounter I’ve ever had. The pharmacy technician, Delmy, gave me the wrong information about a prescription. When I returned the next day to clarify, she tried to cover herself rather than taking accountability. She even insisted she never said what she did, which was extremely frustrating because it was clearly a mistake on their part. I had a terrible experience with a staff member at this CVS Pharmacy. We called for assistance with a prescription issue, and the person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly unwilling to provide even the most basic support. Despite our calm and respectful tone, we were met with an attitude that was rude and unprofessional from the very beginning. If corporate monitors these reviews I hope they see what I post. This CVS is how a CVS should operate. Professional staff, super patient and they actually try to HELP customers. That other store I reviewed can learn alot from the pharmacy here! They are professionals at this one!
They had most of the things we needed including a tasty bottle of wine and the Tylenol for the next morning. The cahier was very friendly. The store is a little cluttered, but it is open late and convenient.
