Sadly, they do not listen to the needs of the customer. They filled the prescription three times and charged us after we told them we no longer needed that particular medicine.
CVS has finally caved in When you walk in now, you get to be greeted by a machine instead of a person. Do we get discounts by using the machine? What happened to the technicians that were behind the counter? Oh, I get it, you make more money by eliminating people and using a computer why didn’t I think of that, I’ll probably be moving my Pharmacy someplace else. Well, CVS has jumped in with the rest of the insane world. You don’t talk to a person when you go in anymore you have to type your information into a machine. I don’t see myself getting any brakes on medication‘s by eliminating the person that’s been there for the last 50 years. Very impersonal I’m probably gonna be looking for a new pharmacy.
The bathroom needs attention badly !
