Second review - Nick the pharmacist is an arrogant jerk. James is the only helpful employee in the pharmacy. Spoke with manager that requested I contact him from previous feedback submitted, and he left me a voice mail message stating he can’t do anything about it. Go to any other pharmacy if you have the ability. Highly recommend Capsule, if available.
Perfectly good pharmacy for me. Recently my insurance info changed and I wasn’t aware I needed to update anything, causing a few issues. Staff helped me get everything updated quickly and without issue.
Trying to pick up my drug is always a huge chore. The system does not process my prescription or name so the overworked people gruffly tell me to go get in a line at the prescription order window. The AI that runs customer service is awful.
