It's nice now that picking up a prescription is faster with the touch screens, however... When the person handed me the prescription, I politely said "thank you" and she/they gave me this really dirty look and attitude, as if I did something wrong. Rolled their eyes with no regard to even a small gesture like "you're welcome" or "thank you" back and just walked off. This isn't the first time service here sucked at the pharmacy. I visited this CVS last Wednesday morning and had a very disappointing experience. I went upstairs looking for a specific vitamin but couldn’t find it, so I showed a photo to one of the male staff members and politely asked where it was. He did answer my question, but his manner was unnecessarily rude and impatient, speaking to me in a raised voice as if he was annoyed that I had asked. Very bad attitude of the male staff. Reluctant to help and explain anything, and even not want to talk. Can’t feel any service in here.
