Great Pharmacy staff who communicate well amongst each other and to the customer. I've used the CVS app numerous times and/or left messages (when needed) and the response is not only quick, but very courteous. Cannot recommend the Clock Tower CVS enough.
Good communication and pricing at the pharmacy. Dinged one star because they never seem to stock my pet’s med and always have to order it, though that usually only takes a day. They’re very quick to apply GoodRx and their CVS customer care discounts, which saves me a TON over my vet’s med costs.
This has to be one of the worst CVSs in the country, and I know it has a lot of competition. The lines are always 5-10 people deep and the people just do NOT care. I was in line before the store closed and they just told me to come back tomorrow. Just another example of a once proud institution becoming the worst version of itself.
Poor communication, did not have medicine and not advised or give solution, or options, no care at all!
