5 stars for the staff and pharmacy!! Low review for the company/ policy. It is literally impossible to shop at this CVS, having to ask for an employee to get every single object is a terrible system. Having to purchase more than 1 item takes forever and is uncomfortable especially for medical itema, I just want to have a normal shopping experience to look at items ans be able to carry around a basket to quickly grab a few things. I highly recommend CVS pharmacy and store at Geary Blvd and Arguello St. The staff is friendly, efficient and courteous. They are ready to assist you any moment. They are GREAT!
This is a rating for the pharmacy. I have never actually bought anything here because it’s all locked up and I didn’t want to go through the trouble. The pharmacists and assistants are great though, always super nice. Wait is usually pretty quick. Good location and they are very understanding and will respond to your voicemails promptly if you try to call them!
