So rude. Staff needs to be trained with good customer service. I feel like they don’t care if you come back or not
Love pharmacist Cindy!! It was right before closing but she saw my rx come through, could see I was miserable and filled it for me. She could have easily said no and I would have understood. But Cindy is always awesome and going above the call of duty - we love her!! (Tunde is also great but it was Cindy today who was the rockstar!!)
Absolute awful and so rude. I gave them the phone number to my previous pharmacy twice and they said it’s not correct. I gave them the address so they could confirm and look it up and they wouldn’t. In fact they laughed and asked if I was giving my own phone number. I said no, I have the pharmacy phone number pulled up right now and gave it to you. She said “ ok we’ll I’m waiting for you to find the correct one”
