ICE IS HERE PROFILING. my mom went to the pharmacy Saturday March 14 5:30 pm to pickup her prescription. A man not wearing CVS pharmacy uniform immediately waved her over and twice demanded her identification. First time in 40 years. He was very rude. He scrutinized her passport looking at each page individually. And then gruffly handed it back and someone handed her the meds. He then proceeded to return to the rear and sit down. Shame on CVS for allowing this behavior in a controlled area. ZERO customer service.
The CVS Pharmacy at Lyons Village has an outstanding team. Very responsive to customers and very knowledgeable. Asad has been especially helpful, but they are all excellent.
