Very poor pharmacy location. Multiple times they’ve claimed not to have received prescriptions sent by a doctor—the most recent time was in a true emergency. Communication was poor and contradictory, with shifting stories. Caused serious complications for our family on a very difficult day.
One of my go to places when I don't feel like fighting the crowds in Walmart..but..if I don't get deals thru extricate card..I don't go...prices are more than I would pay at Walmart.
The pharmacist, Mike at CVS 101 Asbury in Evanston is the WORST. He is rude and disrespectful, I have witnessed it with several customers. If you have to go there, make sure Kat is there, extremely professional and attentive to customers. I only go there because I have to due to insurance. When that changes, I will be happy to NEVER go there again.
