Pharmacy overcharge my prescription through a third-party insurance card when I have Insurance that would’ve paid for this prescription and refuses to give me a refund for their mistake.
The pharmacist blatantly lied about my cancer-suffering wife's opioid pain medicine. While she was in bed crying because of the pain, the pharmacist lied that they needed more information from the prescriber, and they would call to get the information. Several hours later, the prescriber's office reported no contact from CVS and could not guess what extra information was needed. The next day, I found out that there was no information needed; CVS didn't have it in stock. The pharmacist should be fired.
