Tina was amazing. She made me feel like I was the only customer for CVS. She actually remembered my name when I walked in and that means so much she deserves a raise. I wish every CVS was like this when I walked into them. I come to This specific store because of the friendly staff and Miss Ashley also she’s amazing. If I could leave a review with zero stars, I would! Horrendous customer service, horrendous pharmacy policy regarding filling stimulants/controlled substances. It is NOT federal law that you’re enforcing, it’s CVS policy and it makes it impossible for families to get medications they rely on. I was denied being able to fill a ADHD med the evening before, between 5-7pm, so my son could wake up and take his pill first thing in the morning.
