I have been consistently disappointed with the customer service at this pharmacy. The staff is often unwelcoming and lacks helpfulness and compassion when issues arise. Today, I received a notification that my prescription was ready and arrived a few minutes before 1:30, only to be turned away for lunch despite the posted closure time being 1:30 PM. Sat in the drive-through for 12 minutes before anyone helped me. I hit the call button multiple times, honked my horn, and was waving at employees inside, who would see me and make eye contact, but would not come help me. Looking to switch my prescriptions to another Pharmacy.
