CVS on Henderson in Porterville has wonderful staff, they are always helpful, professional, and do everything they can to answer questions and get my prescriptions for me. They are wonderful!
Always amazing service.
They do the best they can and are usually very good. The staff works hard and are quick to give you an answer when needed. Yes they get busy and end up with lines. It’s a pharmacy, it’s expected. Those who complain don’t understand that they can’t magically get medicines. They can’t control insurance costs and providers. Most issues with that can be resolved by ordering ahead and contacting insurance for issues.
