Why treat people differently if they cannot speak English? I did not get her name but one of the pharmacists in the back was rude to my mother just because she wasn’t able to speak English to her and even made gestures mocking her.
I love this location. The pharmacy staff are wonderful and personable. Today, I had some issues getting a couple of my medications and they were very helpful and explained what was needed. (I was inside the store.) It was a doctor/insurance issue so I drove back to my doctor’s office, explained what was needed. By the time I got back to the pharmacy and through the drive thru line, my available prescriptions were ready. A couple needed to be ordered and I will get them tomorrow. 😊
