I called yesterday to try and have a discount card applied to my prescription because I was trying to save time at pickup, by taking care of that in advance. I was told to bring it in when I came to pick it up. Poor customer service, because now I've been waiting for over 30 min for them to "print new paperwork" which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by calling a day prior. *Update: it was a total of 1 hour that I was at the CVS pharmacy today waiting for them to apply a discount and reprint a paper.
