After having some less than ideal experiences at the Wallgreens across the street I transferred my prescriptions to this CVS and never looked back! The two pharmacists and all of the technicians are always kind, helpful, and considerate!!
Pharmacist unhelpful, wont talk to me about what medication is available and asked Dr to call. I cant due to using an online provider. Basically preventing me from getting any meds. Frustrating and dangerous. Lost me as a customer
I've had less than stellar experiences with other CVS locations in the area, but this location is truly exceptional! They always pick up their phone in a timely fashion, and when one of my medications was out of stock, they went out of their way to tell me the availability at other locations so I didn't have to call everywhere in the area.
Filling prescriptions is never fun, and there’s been so many shortages recently but the staff here has been very nice and accommodating! They talk me through the process and today on the phone, Rune was so nice and informative and answered my 20+ long winded questions - I appreciate you all!
