Incapable as hell and I don’t even think it’s their fault, have scammed me multiple times out of my insurance covered medication that I so easily get coverage with everywhere else but they will help for a bit until they realize they can’t help you and then send you in a loop from talking to the pharmacist and waiting in the pick up line , with little to no explanation why
