I'm new to the Wytheville pharmacy and store. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. Mercedes is a lovely person and great store manager.
Staff has bad attitude and refuse to do anything to resolve issues. I had prescription redirected to Counts Drugstore who quickly resolved the insurance issue. I’ve had nothing but problems with CVS
Went in to use my extra cvs points. The young lady at tge counter helped me twice to look at something and help me. Very friendly and courteous.
