I recently moved to SWVA and had to change CVS locations. The representative at CVS Wytheville was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and changing locations was a piece of cake.
Nothing is ever ready
I'm new to the Wytheville pharmacy and store. Everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. Mercedes is a lovely person and great store manager.
Staff has bad attitude and refuse to do anything to resolve issues. I had prescription redirected to Counts Drugstore who quickly resolved the insurance issue. I’ve had nothing but problems with CVS
