I only give one star be cause the pharmacist is very loud and boisterous. My privacy was not being met. When at the consultation spot she DID NOT quietly talk, she loudly announced, all of my private information. She also DID NOT ask me if I was familiar with my medications and if I needed help with understanding anything about them. HIPPA is not being met here.
Worst AI phone interface system of any business. Unresponsive and useless, poorly designed and aggravating. CVS's AI phone system makes non-english speaking foreign phone customer service make CVS's appear great. Go back to the drawing boards CVS because I'm going to Walgreens.
