The new system to pick up prescriptions is a nightmare. It takes twice the time and both customers and the people who work in the store are frustrated with it. Dowble nightmare if you're picking up two prescriptions. Hello Walgreens.
I have never been to a pharmacy where the pharmacists are so terribly rude. They wouldn't even put my prescriptions in a bag, just tossed the bag on the counter after I had waited over 45 minutes for my prescriptions. Awful.
I’ve used this pharmacy for years, and never had a script filled without having to call. They say they’re working on it, and I get notified the next day, at best it’s ready 20min before they close. The staff makes it seem like they’re doing me a favor. I respect their difficult jobs, but their resentful attitudes don’t help anyone.
Very poor customer service at pharmacy counter. Failure to acknowledge when no one was at the register, and extremely unpleasant attitude as if the presence of a customer is an inconvenience to her.
