Since Ahmed left, the service and professionalism at this CVS branch have gone downhill. About a week ago, I picked up my prescription and was charged without insurance, I ended up paying triple the amount. When I asked if the price included insurance, the staff member assured me it did. Great service!!!!
I went to drop off my daughter’s prescription thinking it would be a simple process. It wasn’t on Memorial Day I spent over an hour and a half there trying to get my daughter’s medicine. At first the Caucasian man tells me they don’t fill prescriptions from Middleburg. I tell him it was given to us from the ER @ St. Vincent’s riverside I don’t know why it says Middleburg. My wife and I are very pleased with the people and service we receive at CVS at Target on Roosevelt. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and take time to explain things or answer questions. The staff is attentive and friendly. We have been using them not long after Target opened and continued when CVS took over. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Their computer system for refills is easy to use and they will return your call promptly if you leave a message.
