Carpet smells dank, like a musty cellar. Front of store often has trash laying around. Payment terminals will block you from buying your prescription medicine unless you agree to receive marketing, which seems illegal. But to be fair, it's not unique to this store. As CVS stores go, this is pretty average. At CVS it always feels like you could walk in with a paper cut and walk out with an infection.
I have been using this pharmacy for almost seven years. I have been patient with the long wait times. The lady at the pharmacy this morning was very uncouth, very rude for no reason. I couldn’t explain her unnecessary attitude towards me until I had to wait for the pharmacist to verify I don’t even know what. The pharmacy tech goes ahead to be extra sweet and super soft to the white lady behind me. So, I’m thinking that the tech is a RACIST!!! This is so uncalled for in this America.
