I am at CVS pharmacy at least twice a week. The pharmacists are very professional, kind and informative. I have always been extremely satisfied!

After navigating the phone menu for 20 min and still not getting the help I needed, I selected the option to speak with the pharmacy, which apparently only allows you to leave a voicemail to have someone call you back. Once the pharmacy rep called me back, she was less than helpful as I was inquiring about a prescription refill that was called in by my doctor weeks ago and still isn’t showing up in the app. She simply said, “We don’t always get our faxes.
