Juan Aguilera was so helpful! He helped me with printing out my photos and made the whole process so easy. He was very kind, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate his great customer service. Highly recommend him!
If a human being could please answer the damn phone instead of me having to deal with AI all the time that would be great. The only option given if I want to speak to a human is to leave a voicemail. That is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service.
