Juan Aguilera was so helpful! He helped me with printing out my photos and made the whole process so easy. He was very kind, patient, and professional. I truly appreciate his great customer service. Highly recommend him!
If a human being could please answer the damn phone instead of me having to deal with AI all the time that would be great. The only option given if I want to speak to a human is to leave a voicemail. That is absolutely ridiculous and terrible customer service.
Pleasant and helpful staff
I seldom receive notification when a prescription is ready for pickup. Often CVS fails to notify me by text. I can't get off their "do not call" list, so they won't notify me by voice. Often they send unwanted promotional messages by text. When I try to phone the store, all I get is a robotic voice whose sole purpose is to prevent me from talking to the pharmacy. I wouldn't recommend CVS to anyone.
