Maria Abramov is amazing. She took the time to explain each of my prescriptions clearly without making me feel rushed. Super sweet, professional, and actually made the whole experience way less stressful. Hard to find that kind of care at a pharmacy these days. 10/10
This morning I got to the pharmacy, was the only customer there, the pharmacist took her time to come look at the computer after I put all my information in. Once she finally came to the service desk, she was moving as slow as she possibly could to take my payment, put it in the register & give me my receipt. I could see if the pharmacy was busy at this time but, there was no one else besides me. I feel she was moving slow purposely. I'm big on customer service & she was HORRIBLE! This was the CVS in Target in Mount Vernon.
This CVS has had a complete change in staff and everyone there is incompetent. You go and they tell ask you what prescription you are looking for because they do not see it. But when I log into my CVS account online it says the prescriptions are ready for pick up. How hard is it to check your system and see the prescriptions a doctor just sent over the same day!
