The Team member was ready to assist. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and caring enough to ask how my day was going. She also asked why they haven't seen me for a while at the pharmacy. She was very patient and pays attention to details. I want to use this time to thank her for her constant assistance and profesionalism. I guess her name is Geogina if I am right.
Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. The employee, Suya, seemed completely unprepared to do her job. She couldn’t find my medication until I spelled it out, told me to come back in an hour, and after almost two hours it still wasn’t ready. She repeatedly asked for my date of birth, spent a long time looking at my ID, and couldn’t clearly explain what was causing the delay. If it weren't the only 24-hour pharmacy in Little Elm, I would never step foot in this CVS on Eldorado again. When you're driving home from the ER in the middle of the night with a sick infant or toddler, the ability to pick up medication immediately—rather than taking a sick child home to wait until the next morning—trumps absolutely everything else.
