I want to appreciate Dr. Mary. She was very caring and patient with me and my husband. She helped out with my prescription. She also gave me a shot of the shingles. She was very friendly, professional, and courteous. I had to get my husband to get his shingle shot that night. Dr. Mary has always been ready and available to help with a smile on her face. The Team member was ready to assist. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and caring enough to ask how my day was going. She also asked why they haven't seen me for a while at the pharmacy. She was very patient and pays attention to details. I want to use this time to thank her for her constant assistance and profesionalism. I guess her name is Geogina if I am right.

Worst pharmacy experience I’ve had. The employee, Suya, seemed completely unprepared to do her job. She couldn’t find my medication until I spelled it out, told me to come back in an hour, and after almost two hours it still wasn’t ready. She repeatedly asked for my date of birth, spent a long time looking at my ID, and couldn’t clearly explain what was causing the delay. When I asked how much it would cost if I paid cash instead of using insurance, she kept responding, “What do you mean?” instead of answering a simple quest... read more
