I wish to have something nice to say about my experience at CVS with the manager, Roslyn. Roslyn is a very unprofessional manager. I will stop shopping at CVS and go where they really appreciate my business. These days, there are so many places where the store staff treats you with respect and dignity. Roslyn is a racist person; she doesn't treat people equally. It's so sad to know that people like her still exist, especially in customer service. She looks so miserable at what she does; she should look for other career.
