This is the WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I was on hold for and hour and forty five minutes until "Rick" the pharmacist picked up the phone and just hung up on me. Called back waited another TWO hours for him to hang up again. I was trying to get my medication from 1pm to 7pm before just giving up. I been having the same experience for months. I am finally able to switch Pharmacies and will never go there again.
