Received a text the other day that my statin was ready. I called to say I could pick it up later this week. They okayed that. I stopped in today, statin was returned. What???? They SAID I could pick it up this week. It will take them a half hour to refill it. After a half-hour, it's ready, but instead of a 90-day supply, I get a 30-day supply. So a third trip to the window, and I have to give the bottle back so they can refill it properly. Now I get to go back a FOURTH time for what I hope will be the correct refill. Crazy! ... read more

The staff is just not the same as it used to be. They couldn't figure out how to apply a coupon to a Rx but when I took the same coupon and Rx to Walgreens they had it entered and done in less than 10 minutes. My husband gets a text that his Rx is ready for pickup and then we get there and they say it's not ready and on hold. We will be moving all of our business to Walgreens for sure.
We have been using cvs for a good while and are very pleased with them.We especially love our friend Janet.She always treats us very well.The other associates are good to us as well.Looks like we're home here.
When a Business wants you to use their site for couponing of products / services ( i.e. Pharmacy ) the Internet does not allow you to use / access / connect when shopping in the store ��
I was trying to find a memory foam seat even cushion in store 187. The girl at the register didn't even bother to acknowledge that I needed assistance, and when I asked for help she stated that they did not have the product before I could explain what it was. I asked for the manager, and a girl in sweatpants, a nasty stained shirt, and bedroom shoes came up. She identified herself as the manager, and said the same thing before I could explain the item. slow service in pharmacy but Marilee was great she was so happy bubbly and had a infectious smile... you could even hear it when you called to have refills filled her smile fantastic.
Always found friendly people working! Never had anything but helpful folks.
Rude, disrespectful pharmacy workers. Shocked.
