I stood in the check out line for 20minutes because the cashier didn’t know how to fix an issue. She calls for management help and the manager never responded then she texted the manager, again no response. The cashier was so nervous and I really felt bad for her. Should have went by my review 4 years ago and took my scripts somewhere else!!! I want to give a big shout out to the pharmacist Brittany and her staff for screwing me out of $109 AND my heart medication!!!! They promised they had the order fixed then when I ordered it, they cancelled it but kept the money TWICE!!! It took them over 2 months to figure out how to come up with Metoprolol 37.5 mg because it was an odd dose. Worst pharmacy! Every month it is an issue with them not having my son's meds and taking at least a week to get it in. The staff is not sympathetic to the issue. They are rude about it. I'm done! Changing pharmacies today!
Change your description from pharmacy to a complete waste of time! We've had more problems with CVS not carrying items than I can even count - what's worse than that? It's prescriptions needed for our loved one in hospice care.
I give one star because you can't give 0. Prescription refills get deleted from the system every month? The bottle in my hand says 2 refills and I have to wait for authorization from my Dr (again) to get my medicine. Maybe your corporate office can sort it out.
I give CVS in Princeton WV a five star review! Excellent customer service & knowledgeable staff! They are helpful & friendly!
Lot people doesn't like CVS. But I can say one thing. They are open late. And the others don't. So be patiently wait then. Wait in line like l do They are people too. They have Feeling just like we do.
Thank you for placing the sucker in my 8 year olds prescription today. A nice treat to go along with bad tasting medicine. It placed a smile on a sick face.
