Excellent customer service
I walked into my local CVS looking to make an appointment for my RSV vaccination and instead of Making an appointment, they asked if I would like it now , right there, and of cause I got it, guess I was lucky, the vaccination staff were friendly and professional!
The worst CVS ever! Horrible service horrible experience, way too long of a wait! Half the staff don’t have a clue!!!
The pharmacy counter help has improved remarkably. The cashiers were appropriately dressed, helpful and articulate. And the check in tech worked well
