takes to long. and I get alerts that the meds are ready drive 30 minutes and get there and the meds are not even filled. the girls that work there are always nice and friendly.

Very disappointed in CVS and it's pharmacy after trying to fill my sons prescription that I've filled monthly and suddenly they can't fill it.
I arrived at the CVS store located at 5812 Ridge Road in Parma Ohio at 7:40pm to visit the MinuteClinic which was advertised and posted to be open until 8pm. The representative was putting the closing sogn up and turned us away although they were supposed to be open until 8pm and rather directly said they were closed then shut the door on us. I did not appreciate that one bit and even called the store manger (at 7:50pm which was still before 8pm) to report it. I am not very satisfied that this was allowed to happen especiall... read more
I wish you would still be 24 hours. You make it so hard for people who work for 2nd shift to get medications and people leaving the er at night to get antibiotics. You guys used to be the best and now when i go in you never have the insurance right it takes a hour to fix it for you to say sorry wont happen next time and it happens every time. Im done coming here unless you decide to go back to 24 hours and i have no choice your workers are rude and cocky when it comes to copays and asking for them to recheck insurance im sic... read more
I generally do all of my pharmacy business with Meijer. My son had a horrible diaper rash and was prescribed nystatin, which Meijer happened to be out of that night. No big deal, it happens. What shouldn't happen is my son being given as ORAL nystatin instead of the proper prescription. I didn't know the difference, so I used it as my pamphlet said. I noticed it wasn't helping, as my sons diaper rash, due to teething, started BLEEDING. If your pharmacists actually knew what they were doing, my son wouldn't have had the worst... read more
