Well, I’m trying to fill my daughters prescriptions and here I sit on hold... I need to fill her urgent meds today before my husband has surgery.
It takes forever to get your script filled then you have to sit or stand in long lines to pick up.
Shame, shame on the pharmacist! She was disrespectful and rude to my elderly parents this evening. My father said she treated them like they were bums. The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription for a glucose meter because he was not on insulin!! A prescription from his Doctor!! I am ashamed of this management allowing any employee to behave this way!
Says there is a coin shortage. Will not shop there ever again! They don’t accept legal tender. They don’t accept cash. I only do business with people who accepts ALL forms of money!
I hauled in with 10 min to close like a lunatic not knowing which meds I needed and Anastasia took such good care of me. I appreciate you guys.

Dear CVS, This is the 3rd time I’ve made photo books that were supposed to be done in an hour and weren’t even done the next day. This last time you did’t even bother to call and let me know you were out of paper and my books now wouldn’t be done until after Thursday! They were supposed to be Mother’s Day gifts and needed to be in the mail before Friday! You didn’t even apologize or offer to send them to a different location to be printed! Rude, lazy and bad customer service.
Robot called to pick up READY scrips. When got there, WAS NOT ready... Said 45 minute wait. 2 hours later, still waiting, 'til finially got one of 6 PEOPLE fumbling around behind counter to pay attention. After search of scrpit. mess, found ours. "I SUGGEST GETTING THRU MAIL, and not drive 40 miles each way to experience this incompetent treatment...
