I dropped off a paper prescription for my daughter around 11am and was told it would be ready by 2pm. I asked my husband to pick it up on his way home from work. When he arrived around 6pm, Kathy, the pharmacy tech informed him they didn’t have anything for my daughter. When my hubby came home empty handed and told me what happened, we both returned to the store. There were only two people working in the pharmacy. Steve the pharmacist and Kathy the tech. the Rx techs have got to be the rudest! There has been atleast 2 that are so nasty they don't want to be there they're just plain old rude. I don't know why something hasn't been done with these people why they don't have an attitude check in place before working with the public
Store #5146 @ 3511 Us Highway 19 New Port Richey, FL 34652 - The pharmacy and help at this location is the worst. Whether going inside or through the drive-thru, the wait is always long to pick up a script. At the drive thru, we have waited 10 mins to have someone just tell us we'll be right with you then wait another 10 mins. We finally gave up and drove away..We will be finding a different pharmacy that can handle customers in a reasonable amount of time.
Nothing special. Normal drug store! Way to expensive.
