I have never received a prescription on time. I can drop them off and when I come back they're not ready. I can call in a refill but it's never ready. My doctor's office calls it in but when I go to pick it up it's not ready. The last time my doctor's office called it in CVS personnel claimed no one had called. I heard them make the call. The tech refused to check into it just said they didn't have it and it wasn't their problem.
