On hold for 1 hour 15 minutes. Should have hung up long before then but it was the principal of the thing and plus I had to speak with the pharmacist. When the pharmacy finally answered I told her how long I was on hold and she said “I just got here”!!!!!!! No apology. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was “technically off duty” but she would see if she would speak to me. She wouldn’t. Awful. Awful. Awful customer service. They truly don’t care. Need a refill of your prescribed glucose strips because you need them to manage your diabetes? Too bad! You will have to come back after the holidays! Want to talk to my supervisor? Haha, she is just as lost as I am!
CVS Pharmacy in Starke Florida in the past year has become long wait times, loses on hold precripts. and has become a pharmacy I no longer recommend.
Worst customer service. Will hang up on you. Will NOT fill prescriptions and lets you know quickly you are not a priority.
