CVS Tupelo, MS your cashier at the front on 3-11-20 was rude. Rude by talking on the phone with someone while I am checking out. Not acknowledging that I am there, and after final check out I have to search for what my total amount to pay is. Very irritating and non professional on his part. He could have put the conversation on hold until customers left.
RecommendedActually had a good experience today!!! Everyone in the pharmacy was friendly and helpful today!!! Ms Noel was my pharmacist today.....she gets an A++
The pharmacy staff are a-holes don't care if they wait on you or not so I hope you go out of business
SLOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW, RUUUUUDDDE AND DOWNRIGHT HATEFUL. I WILL NEVER go to their pharmacy again. Customer service training is needed so badly. I was there for 1 1/2 hours and never had my problem resolved
Not too happy with the Pharmacy staff. I know that you guys are busy...but....gesh....take a deep breath before you speak to someone, even on the phone. Your frustration towards your current work load gets trickled onto your customers and that's not fair. We go to you when we're sick and not feeling our best. We look to you guys for guidance if we're not clear on medication because you are the professionals.
