Worst experience every time you visit their pharmacy. The techs are always talking negative comments about their customers. They could care less that there are other customers listening or that the customer they are talking about from the drive thru is the one standing in front of them. You can just tell they all hate their time while they are there. I mean they could be overworked but I don’t think that’s the customers fault. Sat in drive thru line behind one car for over 30 minutes. Instead of having them drive around and come inside and resolve whatever problem they were having we just sat. Couldn’t even get out of line because of the columns/curb, good thing I didn’t have to be somewhere
This store has 0 amount, customer service.Can t get pharmacy,to answer phone.Then when they do fill order,go pick it up.Order is wrong. Will lie to u and tell u,it's all filled correctly,while u have them online or phone .But u get there,it's a different story.I will do my damest,not to shop in cvs again.
always put on hold from going thru phone computer, then holding as long as 10 minutes. Then waiting another 12 minutes to be told medication not in stock. This was after 3 phone calls talking to pharmacist about scripts and refills needed. He never indicated that he didn't have some of them. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I switched to CVS because of Part D insurance..but I have never had these issues with Walmart. If it continues, I'd rather pay more st another pharmacy.

To long of a wait for a refill that was to be done the day before.
I dropped off to scripts on Sunday after a trip to the emergency room. One of them wasn’t in stock, so I was told they would order it and have it ready the next day. I arrived at 5:40 pm and waited for someone to come to the window when there were no customers at all. When she finally came to the window I was told “You ain’t got nothing”, I calmly explained that I was told that it would be ready today. This pharmacy don't ever have your prescription ready. You wait an hour and then they still ain't ready. Had my prescription called in by the physician, 5 hours later...still no meds ready.(on top of that, they don't have my insurance info in the system)
