On July 11th, 2014 I went to this CVS, as I usually do.. They filled my prescription and I went home, only to find it was the wrong amount of pills. I returned to CVS to get things sorted out. The pharmacist said I could only get a certain amount of pills- not the amount of pill I thought I would get according to my script. When she tried to explain why, I was confused. Many thanks to Pharmacy Tech Roxanne and to Pharmacist Manhal Hawari for their excellent courtesy and service late last night. After spending nearly 5 hours in ER, we now faced difficulties in filling 2 strong prescriptions for my husband, who was suffering from a severe kidney stone attack. Apparently our information needed to be updated in CVS's system (not a quick or easy task), and Manhal took the time to re-enter all of our data, thus making it possible for the prescriptions to be refilled. This place is a total joke. I can't believe the way I get treated every single time I have to come and pick up my medicine. They have laughed at me. Cussed my husband. Hung up on me. Like I said a joke. Where has customer service gone. All I want to do is have a great experience and good relationship with my pharmacy. CVS Foothills Mall Dr. has totally ruined that for me and I will not come back. EVER!!!!!
Took longer in the pharmacy to fill the medicine which was 1hour and 30 minutes than the ER which took only 45 minutes. Told the pharmacist that I would return in the morning to pick up the prescription. Got there the next day after lunch and said they still didn't have it filled. Had to wait another 30 for it to be filled. Will go to Walgreen's next time. Never will be back.
