Visited Lenoir City tn store minute clinic and they could not see me after waiting around for over 20 min for an ear infection. Do not recommend. Signed in at 7:00pm and arrived at 7:34pm
cvs is a joke they get a new manager and fire a employee that has worked there for 16 years and has never been written up shame on CVS CVS has lost all my business forever
What's the point of calling in an order a week in advance, AND receiving a text stating said RX has been filled and is ready, if I pull up to the window and it's still not ready! "Oh, for some reason it got put to the back of the que...." 3rd time in a row I've been told there was a "system error!" Absolutely ridiculous to send me home and have to come back when the RX is preboxed and all it takes is pulling it off the shelf. All pharmacy staff is hateful and have zero desire to help any customer even when the problem is on their end! I love CVS but this location is awful. Never again.
Horrible customer service! Every time I am treated as if I am wasting their time and they are blatantly rude. I have had my prescription tossed to another employee who was told "you deal with this." My prescription has been given to me incorrect multiple times, personal medical information has been yelled across the pharmacy with other customers present. They help get me a better price on my MED's. Thanks for the working on helping me out.
Cvs calls me to ask for my updated insurance card but doesn't bother to tell me they do not have my child's antibiotic in stock. Instead, I wait inline for 15 minutes to be told they don't have it. Terrible customer service.
