Two CVS Pharmacists provided inconsistent requirements for me to fill my prescription over a 24 hour period; resulting in unnecessary inconvenience(s) for my Doctor, Administrative Team, and myself. Rather than discuss and explain these inconsistent requirements internally with her colleague (e.g. Pharmacist) and work towards a solution, the Pharmacist terminated the call. Super rude and unprofessional - in stark contrast how people should treat each other (with a sense of respect and decency).

I've lived in San Diego, CA... Houston, Texas... and Olympia, WA. I've visited many CVS pharmacies (and many other pharmacies) and have never experienced the well oiled machine that is THIS location in particular. I went to urgent care, they sent a prescription, I got in my car from the urgent care, immediately received a text that CVS was working on my prescription, I drove to CVS and as soon as I parked, received a text that my prescription was ready.
