Rude! Learn some customer service skills and don’t be a smart mouth with the customer! Unacceptable! Never going back!
CVS used to be the best pharmacy in Sedalia. In the last year there customer service is horrible. prescriptions are never ready when you order in advance. The wait in line and to talk to the pharmacy is always at least 25-40 minutes. I don't know if they are short staffed but for our household that pays $3000 a year for their services is crap. Unfortunately Wal Greens is not better
I sent my dad to pick up my son's prescription this evening. He waited for over an hour. I get it, things get busy and short handed. But the pharmacy "managers" attitude when I called to find out the problem (since I've had problems filling here before due to a name correction for my son) was incredibly unprofessional. my daughter takes 3 ml of her medicine which she has to have her pediatrician accidently put 2 ml so we ran out halfway through the month. it costs us 50 dollars every month for this medicine. her pediatrician called over saying they want to fix it where I don't have to pay 2 times in 1 month. the girl in the pharmacy was extremely rude to her and kept cutting her off. then informed her they don't even have that medicine in right now. which they never told me she was extremely rude to me and told me she got the 3 ml this mon... read more
