Just went into the CVS in Wayne on Hamburg Turnpike and Terhune Drive. Saw two teenagers in the store without masks. I reported it to the cashier who told the teens they had to wear masks. They said that they forgot them at home. Seriously??! What she should’ve done was to ask them to leave the store and not allow them to continue roaming the aisles and complete their purchase. Prescriptions are always a problem. This store is a nightmare.
DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM THIS STORE! I purchased a $100 gift card for Xmas & when the recipient went to use it there was only a balance of $25 on the card. The recipient did NOT use the card & returned it to me. My credit card WAS charged $100 for the card. I have been fighting for my refund since 1/13/20 & CVS only returned $30 to me & said that the other $70 on the card had been used. UGH! Are you kidding me?! as we are faced with covid 19.....customers need to use the keypad on the credit card machine several time to process a pharmacy transaction....you can do better CVS..provide hand sanitizer for customers to use when they are done!
Told that my wait at the minute clinic would be 1.5 hours. Waited over 3 hours only to be told they were closing and couldn’t see me.
CVS in Wayne New Jersey on Hamburg Tpk and Terhune. Should be ashamed of themselves for the condition of their parking lot. Pot holes that are big enough to break your axle or ankle. Come on CVS you are a store about helping people get healthy. Instead you put your customers at risk for hurting themselves. I've never experienced this with a Walgreens. 😡
Love this store! Everyone is so helpful. Even with lots of customers, they find the time to help you. Managers do an excellent job. Always.
