I’ve been using the cvs pharmacy on north ridge road in painesville since we moved here 4.5 years ago. Today we had to pick up an eye ointment for our newborn son. My husband picked it up and said it was pricier than he thought it would be, so I called just to inquire if insurance was billed. The Pharmacy is full of rude women. They have 0 people skill . They dont care if they mess up. I've had them mess up my prescriptions multiple times( one time they told me I refilled to many times and finally they figured out someone marked my perscriptions wrong and were still sending it in to my insurance without me even getting my pills.) I've also had my prescriptions send to stores all over the area...though that may not be a individual's fault in the store they chose to give me a attitude instead of offering any helpfu... read more
