RecommendedI use this store and pharmacy regularly and would recommend. The customer service is what is expected; friendly and professional. Yesterday at the pharmacy I was assisted by Chelsea (according to the register receipt). Her customer service was exceptional. Her tone of voice and caring attitude, along with a smile as she greeted me (observed even under the mask) were nice to see during these trying times.
I just called to speak with the pharmacist. there was an issue with my husband's RX. she was condescending and then when I explained what happened the hung up on me! I am transferring all prescriptions it off CVS immediately! I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist. We needed help, he had Parkinson's and his medication is a serious need. I just can not believe how we were treated. They do not care about us. Period.
They always text to let me know when my prescriptions are ready. That saves me time and money. I have even gone and picked up my daughter and grandchildren's prescriptions to save them the trip
CVS really has gone down hill. Prescription that should have been ready this past Monday still wasn't able to be filled today Friday and can't be until this coming Monday. Really? So fed up. Totally unacceptable. Today was my third visit to see it it was ready, now I have to come back for a fourth. I think I will pay in pennies.
