Sonora CVS is not requiring a mask for shoppers. Yesterday about 10:30 am I was intentionally coughed on by an unmasked customer. And then she laughed about it. I'm disgusted.
This is the worst business I have ever been to. They find new and creative ways to mess up your prescription and then accuse customers of filling the script at other pharmacies. They are slow and rude. Talking to the manager and head pharmacist does not help the problem.
Had to wait for over 6-1/2 to get meds
Worst CVS I’ve been to. Sonora. Waiting for hubby in hot car because I’m in pain. Over an hour and a half so far. Sucks never again.
I recently left rite aid after years of being a loyal customer. They blew it and I'm now a super satisfied customer at cvs Sonora . They call if there's a problem and their customer service is top notch!! Forever CVS!! Thank you! Julie Guyton
Waited 15 minutes on the phone just to talk to the pharmacy.
The pharmacy is the worst, they are inefficient and terrible at what they do. I won't be using them again, for any reason, ever.
Pharmacy is super slow! Often only bill one of my insurances and leave me waiting to rebill the whole thing. Staff is super friendly and the store has a good overall appearance.
